Although a limited number of guest rooms are available within Sandals itself, the resort itself, whilst boasting excellent conference facilities, is primarily intended as a romantic destination for couples. IFCCT has therefore block booked a number of studios, villas and suites within a number of adjacent properties, a short walking distance away. These include Antigua Village, Tradewinds and Anchorage Inn, details of which appear below . IFCCT is passing on the discounted rates it has negotiated directly to delegates, as per the details and descriptions below:

Located, quite literally, next door to Sandals, Antigua Village comprises 98 comfortable and spacious, air conditioned studios, suites and villas, located on the beachfront of Dickenson Bay, around the Village pool or in the village's tropical gardens. All have fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms, direct dial telephones with voicemail and multi channel cable television.

For delegates coming as groups, the villas, which can be opened up to accomodate several persons, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, may be most suitable.

A stunning 50 room hotel on a hillside and within three minutes walking distance of Sandals, this idyllic hotel exudes a soothing sense of tranquility and seclusion. An intimate hideaway with lush, landscaped gardens and an attractive freshwater swimming pool, Tradewinds is renowned for its restaurant The Bay House, rated as one of Antigua's finest. IFCCT has secured a limited number of Executive and Junior Suites at this beautiful property.

Anchorage Inn, a small hotel in Antigua, is a charming, colourful, Caribbean 40 room inn, standing impressively en route to the main hotel belt "Dickenson Bay" in the North West of Antigua in the Caribbean. The Inn, which is within a short walking distance of Sandals, is family owned and managed and offers affordable comprising 7 self contained apartments, 9 standard rooms and 24 Superior Ocean View rooms. IFCCT has secured a limited number of self contained and standard rooms at this charming property.
