Our Advisory Services approach is divided into three separate phases, the elements of which are modular, depending on an organisation’s particular stage of development:

Pre-Development Phase

 

Initial Assessment / Risk Analysis, covering:  

  • Analysis of historical and potential future threats
  • Analysis of legal / regulatory environment plus review and assessment of the adequacy of related internal policies, practices and procedures
  • Determination of organisation’s compliance aims and objectives

Gap Analysis, on basis of findings from above, encompassing:

  • Policies, Procedures and Practices
  • Scenario testing

Pre-Development Report, containing:

  • Findings and conclusions, setting out most effective framework for next phase of development
  • Timeframe for next phase(s)

 

Project Design (Blueprint) Phase


Drafting of Blueprints for the creation of specialist units as may be required, such as:
      

  • Knowledge Centres
  • Advice & Support Centres
  • Compliance Bureau/AML Units

Definition of nature and function of proposed structures to be created, including:

  • Vision, Mission and Strategy
  • Policies, Procedures and Practices
  • Scope of Responsibilities / Reporting Structure / Hierarchy 

 

Project Development (Implementation) Phase

Implementation of Blueprint Plans, supporting the establishment of units required, including:      

  • Corresponding tasks
  • Competences and Responsibilities
  • Handbooks / Reporting Procedures
  • Training
  • Communication
