Our Advisory Services approach is divided into three separate phases, the elements of which are modular, depending on an organisation’s particular stage of development:
Pre-Development Phase
Initial Assessment / Risk Analysis, covering:
- Analysis of historical and potential future threats
- Analysis of legal / regulatory environment plus review and assessment of the adequacy of related internal policies, practices and procedures
- Determination of organisation’s compliance aims and objectives
Gap Analysis, on basis of findings from above, encompassing:
- Policies, Procedures and Practices
- Scenario testing
Pre-Development Report, containing:
- Findings and conclusions, setting out most effective framework for next phase of development
- Timeframe for next phase(s)
Project Design (Blueprint) Phase
Drafting of Blueprints for the creation of specialist units as may be required, such as:
- Knowledge Centres
- Advice & Support Centres
- Compliance Bureau/AML Units
Definition of nature and function of proposed structures to be created, including:
- Vision, Mission and Strategy
- Policies, Procedures and Practices
- Scope of Responsibilities / Reporting Structure / Hierarchy
Project Development (Implementation) Phase
Implementation of Blueprint Plans, supporting the establishment of units required, including:
- Corresponding tasks
- Competences and Responsibilities
- Handbooks / Reporting Procedures
- Training
- Communication
